  • I have a question
    We love questions! Just pop us a message on our contact page, or email us on optimistaboutthis@gmail.com and we aim to reply within 24 hours (Mon to Fri)
  • How do I amend / cancel my order?
    Please send us an email either on our contact page or optimistaboutthis@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your items have been dispatched we will be unable to amend or change anything, but before we will try our best to accommodate any changes or requests.
  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • What if the costume I want is out of stock?
    Please contact us, we may be able to get more in for you
  • Do you rent costumes?
    Not yet, but we are in the process of setting up this
  • I've not received any order confirmation
    Once your order has been placed, you will be directed to a confirmation page. If you have not received any order confirmation after a couple of hours of placing your order: Firstly, check your email junk/spam folder. If it is not there, check other folders within your email. You should then check with your payment provider e.g. Paypal, to see if any payment has been taken. Please then send us a message with the item you have ordered, and if you made a note of the confirmation number at time of order, we will check if we have received your order.
  • Can I Collect?
    Yes! At checkout choose the collect option. Our Collection address is from: Safestore, 214-224 Broomhill Rd, Brislington, Bristol BS4 5RG Collection is by appointment only; we will contact you when your item is ready to collect, to arrange a time with you to collect.
  • Do you have any costumes for special occasions, such as weddings or Halloween?
    In time, we will add more designs and sizes for you to choose from
  • Return Address

  • Do you have any costumes for pets?
    No yet, but we love to see those cuties dress up, so will hope to have a range in the future.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
